History
Since 1973, the Joyner name has stood for excellence in the Richmond market.
Joyner Commercial was founded in 1973 by Crawley Joyner, III as Joyner & Company, REALTORS®, a full-service real estate company with a strong focus on commercial. Throughout the years we have had many commercial experts as a part of the company, including those with designations of:
- CCIM - Certified Commercial Investment Member
- SIOR - Society of Office and Industrial REALTORS®
- ALC - Accredited Land Consultant
We have also been involved in the National Association of Industrial & Office Parks and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Some of our agents have been Past Presidents of The REALTOR®S Land Institute and Virginia CCIM.
The various divisions of the company grew together under the Joyner & Company, REALTORS® name until 2003. At that time we became Joyner Fine Properties, still offering the full range of real estate services. In 2011 Joyner Commercial has given a new name to the long tradition of Joyner's commercial real estate excellence.
