  4. Once a site has been selected, we will negotiate the contract to meet your specific needs;
  5. When the contract is signed, we will continue to represent you in all details or issues that may develop; and
  6. Detailed follow-up will be done to ensure that you are satisfied with your acquisition and will continue to work with you throughout the process including your move.
